Terms and Conditions
- Deposits are non-returnable under any circumstances
- Any person cancelling within 28 days of the arrival date will be liable for the entire cost of the rental unless it is possible to re-let the apartment
- Guests are strongly advised to organise cancellation insurance in the same manor you would if you were to book a holiday abroad. Should you have to cancel at short notice due to illness, injury, hospital appointments or other unforeseen circumstances the insurance company will settle your bill for you
- In the unlikely event that guests behave in an unreasonable manor which causes disruption (eg: excessive noise) to other guests, or disregard our policies (eg: smoking on premises) and you are asked to leave, there will be no refund for any remaining time.
- COVID-19 If you have to cancel your holiday due to any of your party contracting or having to self isolate due to the Coronvirus, unfortunatley, unless we are able to re let the apartment for those dates there will be no refund.
- COVID-19 If you feel you are displaying symptoms during your stay. You and your party will need to stay in the apartment and inform the owners immediately, where we will take advice from the Local Health Authority. Where possible you will need to vacate your apartment and return home to obtain a test and self isolate.
